My version of a sundial, a somewhat abstract representation of an ancient tradition to reflect on the concept of time.  On the back of the pendant is stamped with the words, “When Shall We Live If Not Now” with two small stars. The sundial is beyond nostalgic- a sentimental symbol of a simpler time but most of all a respect, honor and appreciation for the sun and how it is responsible for life.

The bronze pendant  is a half moon shape, measures 1 3/8 inches wide and features an 8 mm rose cut pyrite stone.  The dial face is bisected by a sterling silver point representing the gnomon, the part that casts its shadow on the face, surrounded by stamped lines around the edge marking the hours.  Hangs from a long link oxidized bronze chain, 16 inches in length. Other lengths available upon request. Lobster clasp.
