Shipping
• Regular orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of being placed. Due to its handcrafted nature, most pieces are made to order, so this timeframe allows for fabrication of your special piece.
• If you need your item before the timeframe specified, please contact Studio451Jewelry at info@studio451jewelry.com to inquire about expedited processing and/or shipping.
• USPS First Class Mail usually takes 3-5 business days to be delivered and Priority Mail 1-3 business days, once package is mailed. A tracking number will be automatically emailed or texted to you once package is shipped.
• We are not accepting international orders at this time.

Expedited shipping and UPS is available upon request (please use our contact form to request expedited shipping).
We offer USPS shipping on all* orders at the following rates:
• Orders up to $35: $5 (5-8 business days)/ $8 (3-4 business days)
• $35-$100: $7 (5-8 business days)/ $9 (3-4 business days)
• $100-$200: $9 (5-8 business days)/ $11 (3-4 business days)
• $200-$300: $10 (5-8 business days)/ $12 (3-4 business days)
• $300+: $11 (5-8 business days)/ $14 (3-4 business days)
*Curated Gift Packages are shipped by weight, so shipping charges will vary.
Exchanges/Repairs
Returns/ Exchanges
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange it within 14 days upon arrival. The item must be in new condition; you will be offered the option to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value and/or store credit. To initiate a return, please go to Contact and enter "Exchange/order" in the subject line.
There are no exchanges on custom and personalized orders, including items cut, made to measure or customized in any way.
There are no refunds on any items, as all items are made to order. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we are not responsible for return shipping charges. Please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier when mailing back your exchange.
Repairs/ Replacement
Studio451Jewelry wants to see you happily wearing your jewelry! If you have lost an earring or if your item requires repair, please do not hesitate to contact us. Charges will vary depending on the nature of the repair/ replacement.
Each of our pieces are handcrafted, therefore always unique and never the same which requires your single earring to be sent back so it can be perfectly matched up again. To initiate a repair, please use the contact form and include a description and photos of repair/ replacement requested. After contacting us and receiving confirmation with further instructions, you will send your item in a well-padded box or envelope via a trackable shipping method and insurance to:
